1) Anxious about Veterinary Visits: Does your pet become anxious, fearful or aggressive before or during veterinary visits? *

4) Laboratory Testing: Don’t forget to bring stool or urine samples in if requested! All cats and dogs should have stool testing done at least annually, even indoor-only pets. Samples will keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. *
